Return window
We accept refund or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Before requesting a return
Contact us at kdsbforever144@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. In most cases we can resolve it with a replacement or refund without needing you to ship anything back.

Non-returnable items

• Underwear, shapewear, and intimates (hygiene)
• Items marked as final sale

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Change of mind
Since items ship directly from our suppliers, we're currently unable to accept returns for size, color, or preference changes. Please check size charts and product details carefully before ordering.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
